Central Avenue Renovation

The Central Avenue renovation transformed the home with updated living spaces designed to feel naturally connected to the original architecture. A reimagined kitchen, improved gathering spaces, and carefully selected finishes bring greater functionality to the home while preserving its established character.

Project Goals

The homeowners wanted to make better use of the home’s existing square footage while creating more comfortable spaces for everyday family life and entertaining. Priorities included a larger, more functional kitchen, improved flow between rooms, and updated materials and finishes that would complement the original home rather than compete with it.

Our Approach

The renovation required careful coordination to integrate the new work seamlessly with the existing house. Custom cabinetry, millwork, and finishes were executed with close attention to proportion and detail, while construction sequencing kept the project moving efficiently through each phase.

The completed renovation provides the homeowners with a more functional and cohesive living environment while retaining the warmth and character of the original home.
